Season 2

The start of my second season. My board gave me less money than I had last season from £40 Million to £15.75 Million. I once again chose my main goal in the season to be a Mid-Table finish. This year I am in the market for another goalscorer and a winger any suggestions?

End of Transfer Window!
In that period I signed the following:
Jack Wilshere (Arsenal) - Loan (£2 Million)
Joe Hart (Manchester City) -£2.5 Million
Guido Marilungo (Sampdoria) - Loan (325K)
Takayuki Marimoto (Catania, Record Signing) - £11.5 Million

An OK start to the season but the losses to Wolves and Sunderland hurt me. I have progressed in the league cup looking to do better than I did last time. Now to my signings I have signed two promising wingers in Jack Wilshere and Guido Marilungo to add extra width to my team and also the permanent signing of Joe Hart was a real asset. Lastly another record signing in Takayuki Marimoto he should give me goals

Well on paper it was always going to be a tough month for us and that prediction was duly delivered. We started off with an unlucky loss to Liverpool as their "Messiah" - Gerrard once agagin saved them with a last minute goal. Then came Man City and at one point we were 5-0 down and a spirited last 30 minutes performance got us up to 5-3 down but once again another loss. The last 2 games were games I should have won but I lost yet again to Bolton, we need to up our performances if we are going to get anything this season.

Fantastic team selection mate :P

Your doing ok so far... can i please ask how you started with 40 mill :O

With the 10.3 patch for mid table i only ever got offered 20ish.

Erm i got a different patch I forgot what is called though sorry. It has all the new signings and everything.

wich patch are you playing because i never get 40m

What tactic are you using btw?

Good end to season one and now you should be challenging for mid-to-top table.

Good luck.

A good month we beat chelsea convincingly :) . We then got two draws against West Ham and Stoke but then had a disappointing loss to West Brom. Once again we seem to be making good progress in the League Cup maybe our route to Europe who knows. I lost Chucho Benitez to injury and also Guido Marilungo hopefully we can cope with the losses.

JustKituno I'm playing a 4-1-1-2-2 formation with 2 wingers, 1 centre mid and 1 defensive mid. My touchline instructions are Retain Possession, Work Ball into the Box and Pass into space (Against harder teams i tend to play Hassle Opponents too). My Philosophy is fluid and my strategy is control.

View attachment 56468 <<< This is the exact tactic, i did not make it up i got it off someone else but very good.

Another good month 7 points out of 12 considering I had the 2 north London giants Tottenham and Arsenal. A 3-3 draw versus Arsenal was pretty good but the only thing that annoyed me was the fact Theo Walcott got a Hat-trick and I personally dislike him as I don't believe he is even good enough for the premier league. Otherwise 2 good wins against Cardiff and Wigan and an expected win for Tottenham although I would have liked at least one goal.
