Not really a guide more of a 'what you should do in my opinion' thats about 4 paragraphs long, Also Stephen Carr out is crazy especially in the first season and hardly any british players in...

In any case, you can't make out a thing with those screenshots. It's a tad short on the detail too. You don't tell people which your best players are, what specific roles they should play, whether you use a different tactic home and away, who to sign for coaches in training, whether your staff need replacing at all... etc etc
