Basically Need A targetman Striker For birmingham, theres a few on the market too though, i can get jo for 16 mill and welliton(not really a targetman) for 15

so i need reccomendations
and please dont say NECID, had him on loan last season, smashing goals in every game, after his loan finishes, i have no money and he joins effin shakhtar
