What's the best way to get my players familiar with the tactics I'm using guys?

In both drop boxes menus of training you have "tactic" Just select both and the team will get into the tactic faster

No its only the one on the right. The one on the left is tactical attributes.

More match Prep, you have actually got them the wrong way round in that screen.

I assume you are trying to blend your team together?

Left: Team Cohesion (i would set this at medium)

Right: Tactics only (slider set at highest match prep)
