Just ran a full test (played all games, no holidaying or simming so tactic was tested properly) with the 343 Passion tactic

Birmingham City - Media Prediction 18th
Finished 2nd, promoted. Didnt lose in the league after January, made it to the quarter finals of the FA Cup beating prem team away on the way. Best defence in the league quite comfortably in the end. Massive amount of draws, could have won the league by some way if a few of those had been wins.

First tactic ive found so far that actually works with teams that aren't top teams! great stuff.

The only thing i did was slot in attacking set piece training frequently into empty spots of the schedule to give us an extra attacking outlet.
