Blackpool Striker Help

Hey guys, I currently play a 4-2-3-1 Possession tactic (My own) With AM's not Wingers, and its good, the midfielders seem to score alot, but the striker never seems to do so. If you could tell me how to upload a tactic you could take a look at it yourself to maybe see whats going wrong.​
