Erm we went for £500k .. whoops! Didn't think he was that good if i'm honest! Been looking at Jackson he could be a potential January signing got a lot of forward options right now though, got Iwelumo on loan from Wolves, Mifsud, King, Tafer on loan from Lyon...

I also saw you chose to sell Burgess and Ormerod. Let me tell you, some Pool fans in real life would want you as full time gaffer if you got rid of Burgess! If you're weighed down with striking options, try and give Mitchley, Clarke and Nardiello nudges towards the door, who will free up about 3-4k in wages. Managed to get about 200k between them on mine which I was pretty happy with.

On the Taylor-Fletcher topic, that could turn out to be a bit of a faux-pas, as he has scored about 6 in four games out on the right for me, including 4 against Watford Mind you, I've not tried this complete domination tactic through the middle, so may have to give it a go

mifsud isnt scoring for me at hamilton accies. nikita andreev is outperforming him. i bought him in as a wise old head to guide my young strikers but hes now been benched

Mitchley and Clarke have both been loaned out to Morecambe and Nardiello was sold to Peterborough for £100k, sorry i didnt give a final transfers screen. Mifsud is doing well for me played as a poacher off a target of either King or Iwelumo

Good luck for this, just browsed through quickly, dished out a great result against Derby and a good start away at QPR. See if you can make Blackpool the best team in England I reckon 6-7 seasons for Champs League if this is anywhere near your Espanyol story.

Also (Sorry for backseat playing ) try and bring Louis Almond through the youth team as well as possible. i've got him starting to move into the first team squad in the second season and he has got a place in the England U19 squad, which came rather out of the blue!

Huge result, went nuts when we saw this one through, 1-0 up player sent off for a professional foul and then De Laet gets a second from a corner. Guthrie's goal made it a very tense second period but we defended like absolute gods and picked up the 3pts

Very disappointed with this result, thought we were going to hold out for a point atleast, my fault for going for it in the last 10minutes when really we should have sat deep and held out for the point.

What a game! 6-2 demolition of Peterborough, King bags a hat-trick so theres another slice of humble pie for me and Mifsud bags a brace. Only disappointment was conceding the 2 goals really (H)

Quite a disappointing month of fixtures, didn't manage to pick up a win and poor results at home:

Not a great result, Bristol City aren't a bad side i guess, we dominated the possession but couldnt create enough meaningful chances in the end and they took there's, average team rating of 6.82 isn't good enough and i let the lads know that at the end of the game.

How i didn't win this game i'll never know, 21 shots on goal and 16 on target resulted in just 2 goals scored which is a poor return! Very disappointing going into injury time 2-1 up and not being able to see it out for the 3pts :S

Absolute joke, not enough chances created, couldnt take advantage of they went down to 10 men left me feeling very frustrated at the end of the game and things will be changed for the next match!

So overall, a poor month but not a bad start to the season in general. Currently sitting 10th in the league, 4pts outside the play off places with a game in hand on most teams. Can't be too disappointed with our current predicament given the fact the media prediction was 20th and the board just wanted me to avoid the drop but there is a long way to go yet!
