That's a great deal. You could buy Januzaj for that. Also check out Rodrigo Gomez, Halilovic, Shaqiri, Insigne or Brandt. All are (probably) affordable. If you want an out and out winger who just runs down the wing and crosses, then go for Antonio Valencia!

?25 for Januzaj or Shaqiri? Get out of here, Januzaj is really expensive in this new patch, and Shaqiri is being managed by one of your main rivals, they won't let him go cheaply.

I wouldn't sell him to be honest. I'd keep him and wait for a good regen, simply because there are no wingers better than him - that you can get for ?25 (unless you add up with extra payment that could end up being twice the amount).
