Just started with Worcester and I have a budget of 10k after selling a lot of my team. Who should I sign? Also which tactics would you recommend?

I played with Halifax Town and got promoted 1st season. I played 4-4-2 as players seem to struggle with anything else! Good signings for me have been, Vincent Pericard on a free, Simon Locke on free. Ritchie Sutton on Loan, Jamal Fyfield on loan and if you can get him Samba Kanoute on a free. Romped the league!
