Blue Square Premier, 2nd Season. Help please?

I am Chelmsford City in pre-season of my second season after getting them promoted from Blue Premier South, i am in need of free transfers as i don't have any money to buy players, but i don't know who to get, most young players that have just been released are either going to different teams because i don't find them first or they aren't willing to come. i'm currently playing 4-3-3 as that's what i'm winning with.

Last season i just made it to win the league as woking had to loose there last match for me to win the league as if they drawed or won they would of won, so i really need a better team as i only just got out of Blue Square Premier South.
