how do you get the tactic to work i cant find it when i go to load it up on the tactics screen?

You have to use the roles and the instructions given in the original post.

What about player instructions?
I implemented everything to 17.
Only difference is the set pieces.It is based to an another tactic.
I haven't tested the tactic yet but i will start using it right now.

Will this work as a plug and play tactic? Do I need the set pieces? If so, where do I find them?

Okay i tried 3 different tactics before this,and this has been tremendously good.
It took some time for the team to get used to the tactic but the posession you get with it is insane.
Almost %60 every match even against stronger teams.
My problem was not be able to score much at first but it has something to do with me playing with 2 wonderkids without much of an experience.
Still,it is not as good as it was on fm16 but it is really good.
