Im notts forest, season 8 now. Won the prem in the 7th season, I'm top of the league this season by 8 points and looking like I'm gonna win the league again

A few players are low on morale due to not playing, now other players are unhappy how I'm treating them, by board call me in for a meeting and tell me unless the morale changes ill be looking for a new job!!

Offload some unhappy players. Either loan them out or sell them outright. If morale plummets too low your club will perform more poorly anyways.

so, i was 15 points clear with forest with 9 games to go (so was 100% gonna win a second consecutive title with Forest) and i get sacked!! haha, i don't know if to laugh or cry. Fairly harsh IMO

This happened to me!

Got Corby Town to League 2, into the play offs..Had a few unhappy players who for the life of me would not be content with anything! Then 4 days before the play off final I was sacked and replaced with Jens Lehmann! lol

Do NOT holiday over more than a couple of days at a time as you tend to miss players coming to see you and team meetings as a result which has a snowballing effect on morale of the whole team which has an adverse effect on results.

If you dont and if you react correctly to player's complaints etc you wont ever have so severe problems ...
