Dunno if this was the right category to put it in but it talks about English football mostly in general.Basically I got the idea from the board confidence that comes up usually every month when managing a club, showing whether or not you are doing good enough to avoid the chop.

So this thread allows you yourself to rate your club's manager - just like on Football Manager and how they do to you. So,for example,if you support Arsenal, you may want to rate Arsene Wenger's performance in charge of the Gunners, saying whether you are or not satisfied with the way that the team is playing.

Please set it out like this (or rather just copy and paste it :P) :

Board Confidence:

When doing this bit,do it in fractions, such as 1/2,1/3,1/4 etc. etc.

Club Stature:
Competitions:
Wages: (When doing this, you may want to talk about a play who doesn't deserve such a high wage)
Squad Harmony:

Fan Confidence (Spokesperson: [ENTER YOUR NAME]) :

Transfers:
Matches:
Players:

Overall Confidence:

[Just enter a small comment, don't go overboard :P]

Job Status: (Insecure,Very Secure,Untouchable etc. etc.)

Would you do better? Discuss (H)

Overall Confidence:

Well, some people say Ablett's got the hardest job in football because of our position financially but in a way he's got the best because whatever he does he can't get sacked, but his tactics aren't the best, all season, he's played 4-4-1-1 and it doesn't work and he still plays it when he says we need about 40 points, when we need to play a 4-4-2 and when we've played 4-4-2 with 3 striker's on the pitch (Donnelly,Ibehre,Johnson) we play alot better, and that brought us our first win in 17! If the season started a month ago I think we'd stay up!
Just proves I was right ;)

Man Utd

Board Confidence:

Club Stature: 4/4
Competitions: 3/4
Wages: 1/4 The board feel that the entire playing staff are costing them too much, they suggest you try to lower the wages so they can pay their loans a bit quicker...
Squad Harmony: 3/4

Fan Confidence Spokesperson Malcolm Glazer:

Transfers: 4/4 We are delighted at the sale of Ronaldo, that 80million will really help our bank balance
Matches: 2/4 We dont really care as long as people pay us £50 a game to come and see the team
Players: 1/4 These guys cost us too much, cant we just sell the ground and carrington, have all our money and go home?

Overall Confidence:

The board feel that whilst the team is performing well in europe , inconsistent league form means we may not finish top, meaning the board will get less money. We are pleased that the fans have decided to adopt the teams traditional colours, but the chant ''green and gold 'til united sold'' regularly heard at OT saddens us. Once we have milked the club for every last penny we will leave, promise

Job Status: Untouchable. We appreciate that you are one of the greatest mr ferguson, but would you mind if we paid you a bit less...?

:P just to re-iterate, Glazers out!

Transfers: 2/4 - we are disappointed with your decision to sell Chris Hussey
Matches: 3/4 - we are delighted with our league performance, but a 2-1 defeat to Workington in the FA Trophy is in-excusable.
Players: 3/4 - GIVE JON MAIN A GO.

Summary:

In Short - we are delighted with your management with your team, but our cup performances recently have left stuff to shout about.

Job Security: "You will stay here until your body decomposes into a skeleton and then be buried in the tempest end."

Overall, the board are satisfied with your management of the team.We will ,however, make your job unsafe if we go down or we don't get results of the teams around us.
Job Security-Safe,however,as mentioned above, don't think you are definately going to be manager at the end of the season.

Competitions: 1/4
Wages: 3/4

Fan Confidence (Spokesperson: Lewis Edwards)

Transfers: 3/4. We were deeply upset with Paul Sturrock's transfers but you have brought in some good players. From what we've seen, Damien Johnson looks brilliant and Kenny Cooper looks good as well.
Matches: 2/4. We have done pretty well and gone 3 games unbeaten now.
Players: 2/4. Some of the players are under par, we need to sort this out.

Summary:
To summarise, we are satisfied with what you've done so far at the club. We praise your decision to let Steve McLean go and also Jim Patterson. You are also doing a lot better than Paul Sturrock.

Nottingham Forest

Club Stature: 4/4

Competitions: 2/2 The board are delighted at the turn around you have done for Forest!

Wages: 3/4 Maybe think about lowering the reseves wages to pay off the rest of the debt owed to us.

Squad Harmony: 1! The board can see the Forest squad performing with there heart on their sleve.

Fan Confidence (Matt Cole)

Transfers: 2/4 The board are delighted with the captures of Robbie Earnshaw, Paul Mckenna, Paul Anderson and Dexter Blackstock. However there is some concern on the money you spent on Joel Lynch and not spending any of the transfer budget in January.

Matches: 3/4: The board are delighted with the amount of wins however we want more consitency in the matches that matter such as the local derbys and the matches vs play-off contenders

Players: 4/4: Top-Class!

Overall Confidence:
Overall the board are elated with you managing Nottingham Forest most of this success comes fromt the quality of football, players and tactics. And also the progression of when you first came to Forest and where you've got them in the Coca-Cola Championship.

Arsenal

Club Stature:4/4
Competitions: 2/4
Wages: 3/4 (How much are you paying Almunia?)
Squad Harmony: 4/4

Fan Confidence (Spokesperson: Tom Clarke) :

Transfers: 0/4 The fans are keen to discover the reason behind not buying a goalkeeper and striker in the January transfer window. And why you only buy players under the age of 11.
Matches: 3/4 The fans are deeply upset with the recent results against Man Ure and Chelski, but are pleased with the 1-0 win over Scouse.
Players: 2/4 The fans are deeply upset with the recent performances of Manuel Almunia, Lukasz Fabianski and Denilson. The fans wonder if Denilson has the ability to f*****g sprint!

Overall Confidence:
The board are a little disappointed with the team's performance in the FA Cup, and feel the team should be doing better in the Premier League.

Job Status: Despite the numerous bad points (which heavily outweigh the good), as you are Arsene Wenger, anyone criticising you will be shot and fed to William Gallas. You are untouchable.

Celtic Manager -- Tony Mowbray

Board Confidence:

Club Stature: 2/4 The board are content with the clubs stature

Competitions: 1/6 The board are deeply disappointed with our performances in competitions this season. This has been underlined with our performance in the league and in the Europa League.

Wages: 2/4 The board are content with your control on the finances.

Squad Harmony: 2/4 The board are content with the harmony in the locker-room.

Fan Confidence (Spokesperson: Mick Wilson) :

Transfers: 1/4 The transfer of Robbie Keane, although initially pleasing, the fans feel that he hasn't reached his full potential. Along with this, the fans feel that Marc-Antoine Fortuné has been particularly disappointing. Also, the fans are upset at the transfer of Scott McDonald, they feel he was our main goal scorer.

Matches: 1/4 The fans are upset at the 4-4 draw with Aberdeen, we can't figure out how we could go from such a comfortable position to only being able to salvage a draw.

Players: 2/4 No players have really stood out, so the fans are content with this.

Overall Confidence:

In short, the board are very disappointed with your tenure as manager thus far. The early exit from the Europa League, Scottish Cup, along with the inconsistency in the league have only underlined the disappointment from the board.

Despite the negatives, the board are content with your control over the wages.

Job Status: Very Insecure

Transfers: Good we didnt sell our stars.... yet
Matches: Dissapointing, do you know how to balance your tactics?
Players: Victor moses needs game time, scharner needs shooting, scotland needs swapping with an actual footballer

Overall Confidence:

we are satisfied that we only pay the players small wages but they need to earn them, dissapointed with loss in revenue from league cup and fa cup.

Job Status: Secure.....

Transfers: Very Good (Kisnorbo, Gradel, Doyle)
Matches: Okay
Players: Good

Overall Confidence:

We are happy with the club's overall performance in all competitions, the highlight being the FA Cup victory over Man United. However, the JPT semi final defeat to Carlisle has been seen as disappointing. The fans are also worried with the team's recent league form, but still have confidence in you to turn it around.
