Board Expectations

In this FM 2013, we have a new expectations from the board apart from the usual, transfer kitty-***-expectations. I've only tried Arsenal and my board want me to stay true to the clubs principal of playing beautiful, attacking football while promote youth players into the first team. I'm just wondering, is there any other interesting expectations from other clubs board? Mind to share with us here?

I've tried Man Utd just to get a feel of the game, and they want the same things. I started another save with Perth Glory and they just want me to play attractive football. I guess bigger clubs will have more demands.
