Board Request problem

I have a problem in FM, i got a message my training facilities were downgraded so I wanted to make a board request to upgrade them. But when I click on the request(image 1) (tried also with other requests) the screen goes to my club overview (image 2) instead of going to the conversation for the request.

Does anyone know how to fix this and had anyone encountered a similar problem?

Sorry its probly being Captain Obvious but have you continued fwd a couple of days and tried again? Also have you recently requested to upgrade the facilities because it won't let you request again within 6 months usually.

Clearing the cache can sometimes help.
