Ok im a big footy manager fan from my uni days but only just got round to getting the newist game so here i am!

I like to start at the bottom and work my way up and ive found myself at lowly bognor! I know that makes it a tough start but id be happy to just stay up, but i cant see what i can do to improve my squad!

Wage budget is a tiny 2k which im already over before signing anyone, balance is only 15k so i cant even afford to release people and free up some budget! Its annoying cos ive found a few that i like the look of!

Ive been trying to set up a friendly tournament to get some funds in but nobody is up for it, so doesnt look like happening!

Ive got a couple of loan offers in with brighton (parent club) for a striker and centre back, but im of course only allowed 2 season long lones and i guess my only other option is to bring anyone in for just 3 months at a time.

is it just a case of making do with what ive got? trying to get my tactics right and hope i can scrape enough points together to stay up and go from there?!

any suggestions appreciated

If there's any players you want to get rid of, try offering them to other clubs for £0. They may take them off your hands. I agree its a struggle at the bottom. Most of the time, the first season is just to survive until you have the money to improve. Friendly tournaments in first pre-season generally won't work because teams already have their friendly's sorted out

The problem with Bognor is that most of their players don't want to go. For some crazy reason they want to stay at Bognor. If that wasn't the case it would be pretty easy to male a reasonable team with Bognor. There are plenty of good players for only £30 a week.
