Bombarded with staff offers

The season is now coming to an end. I have about 7 matches left but now i'm being bombarded with offers for my staff.

another problem is I'm constantly having to renew a staff members contract everytime a different team approaches him. Is there a way to fix this?

Renew their contracts when they have less then one year left. I do it when they have less then two years left, especially on the important staff, like good coaches and scouts...
They are more attractive to other teams if they have little time left as the compensation is lower...
It might seem like it's having a lot to do, but it's good since you only have to do it once a year and you won't have to worry about others making offers for them.
