Boston help!!

Hi, i'm playing as Boston Utd and i'm in my first season. I have made no signings. I can't find any tactic that is consistent or training. I am mid table but can't seem to win a match at the minute.
So if any one knows a decent tactic or training schedule that will suit Boston could you list them???

I was Boston Utd not long ago, and i seemed to play was the 4-4-2 attacking. The team normally has to have a morale with lots Superbs & Very Goods if the team is to achieve promotion. If played well, Dudfield can score around 20 goals in the first season. I bought Jorg Stiel in Gk though.
