Bournemouth tactic help

I'm the Bournemouth manager and fighting for survival in the Bol and need a solid 3atb formation to help keep me up help appreciated

GK: Sweeper Keeper Defend
DC: Central Defender Stopper
DC: Central Defender Cover
DC: Central Defender Stopper
DM: Half Back Defend
WB: Complete Wing Back Attack
WB: Complete Wing Back Attack
CM: Central Midfielder Attack
CM: Central Midfielder Attack
AM: Shadow Striker Attack
ST: False Nine/Target Man Support (Shoot less often, short passes, roam from position)

Attacking
Highly Structured
More Direct
Play Wider or Play Narrower (decide if your wing backs are better attacking or if your centre mids are)
Much Higher Defensive Line
Much Higher Tempo
stick to positions
hit early crosses
whipped crosses
