a list of every1s buy out clause ? cant see option in player search facility

Transfer Centre -> Player Search -> Scroll down to where it says stuff like age, value etc. -> Right click -> Contract -> Minimum fee release clause

You can't search for only players with a buy out clause, but to see people's buy out clauses quickly using the search thing, click on the + icon on the top right of the panel where it shows the players, go to 'contract' and then whatever kind of release clause you're looking for. You can sort by the size of the release clause if you want. (Example below)
