Hi everyone,
I have decided to take up a save with Bradford PA and after a successful first season gaining promotion through the play-offs and staying up in my second season, i now find myself in contention with a promotion shot through play-offs again to League Two.
The tactic I am using is basically a 4-4-2 with 2 DM's in a support role with two standard wingers, left wing on attack with the right winger in support. My front two are both attaching pressing forwards. Router login
This 'issue' I am having is, a lot of my current players don't seem to fit this tactic in the roles i have given them for this tactic to work successfully. However, I am still getting results. The question I have is, would it be better to keep the team and tactics as they are and see the season out, or start to play my players in their preferred roles Does this mean I will get more from the players if they are in their preferred roles or is it entirely based on the tactic

Thank you
