It was announced today that Andy Scott departed from the West London Bees today for what reason, we do not know why. It understood that Tony Bullivant, who stood as assistant manager for Andy Scott is to step in as caretaker-manager until a new man takes the hotseat.

5/7/2009 Update:
It was announced that young and enthusiastic manager, Stuart Regan is to step in as Brentford manager on a 2 year contract. Regan provided little words but the Brentford website stated that the fans, staff and board are happy with the appointment, and are looking forward to a successful life at Brentford Football Club.

Managers monthly notes

We are happily sitting in 3rd spot, but Charlie MacDonald's injury was a huge hit to us, but with the form Gary Alexander is in, and Nick Forster scoring like no tomorrow, his place can be replaced over the coming months. New boy Oukidja is standing in-between the posts for Brentford making 4 clean sheets in 5 games, a great capture. New boys, Akinde, Hewson and Burgzorg have played a game each, but Hewson and Akinde haven't been given the opportunity to shine due to others outclassing them. Burgzorg shun on his debut, pacing down the right flank, but will be unfit for the Johnstone's Trophy cup match against Colchester.
