::: Managers End Of Season Thoughts :::
Another Great season and the players have performed well. But as we go up into a bigger division theres gonna have to be cuts and may slice morale. I have warned the players there will be a Mass cut of players and a whole load brought in. If we are to meet our targets for next season then we must keep with the times. The clubs finances are not great and need some vast improvements. Roll on 2012/2013................

Im very happy with what i have got in pre-season, I managed to grab 3 new players which all have premership expirence but still young, and some very good replacments. I have also bought a whole new backroom staff with also a new assistant manager to try and boost my performances. My star buys include:

Daniel Boatang
View attachment 56104
Cost = Free
Center back who i got from Arsenal and is a Ghana u-23 International. Still very young and im hoping big things from him.

Ebby-Nelson-Addy
View attachment 56109
Cost = Free
From Aston Villa and will be a main role in the center of the park.

Michael Keane
View attachment 56108
Cost = Free
Young DR from Man Utd, Serving as a good replacement for now till he improves.

Mark Byrne
View attachment 56111
Cost= Free
From Notts Forrest and has some very nice stats. Our best Center mid to date (on paper)..

But u cant gain without losing and Bridlington Town finally said goodbye to LEON GREEN, in his 3 season career at the Town he has made 95 Apperences and Scored 56 Goals, without him we wouldnt be were we are today. He goes down in Towns Hall of Fame right next to me (H).....

Thx Mate!

I've tried and tested loads including my own but im getting more success with MR Houghs at the moment.

I find doing my own tactics the more rewarding and better because you feel a sense of achievement if you've created a wonder tactic.I've used Max's Tactical Guide and Tactical Theorems '10 for help and now I've just used 4-4-2's and 4-3-3 with wingers and the 4-2-3-1 with a playmaker as my normal default tactics whenever I select a new club.

Never tried Mr. Hough's tactics and might never do,but glad you're doing well with Bridlington.Keep it up mate.Really enjoying it so far.

Getting a club from level 10 to level 1 is awarding enough (if i get there :p )
