On the back of the potential stars from a few years ago thread I thought it would be interesting to submit my own list of youngsters now for the next few years and discuss everyones favourite and most exciting prospects and where they will end up.
Most of us know about these from FM but how many of ya's have actually seen any of them play? Therefore I have linked videos to show you what they are really like. ENJOY.
Zhano Ananidze (Georgia) This kid looks fresh out of pre-school!
Nassim Ben Khalifa (Switzerland) Looks confident, bit like another Deridyok.
Jeffery Bruma (Netherlands) Very solid looking, reminds me of Rio, good on the ball.
Sergio Canales (Spain) We all know this lad, reminds me of a young Kaka (very left-footed however)
Jonathan dos Santos (Mexico) This boy looks immense technically and is learning from the best, who knows next Xavi?
Douglas Costa (Brazil) Touted as the next Ronaldinho, exciting prospect.
Wilson Cuero (Colombia) Not much on this guy so can't really help but he scores in this.
Alan Dzagoev (Russia) More established member of the list, being called the future of Russian football.
Stephan El Shaarawy (Italy) This lad looks immense if you ask me not much on him though.
Sani Emmanuel (Nigeria) Looks very confident for a 16 year old with some glimpses of flair and composure.
Kermit Erasmus (South Africa) Can't find much, talked about as a huge prospect for SA football, possibly the greatest to come out of the country.
Fabio (Brazil) We all know about this lad, twin of Rafael and muchly labelled the next Brazilian wave of fullback.
Joseph Gyau (USA) Quick, agile, skillfull has all the ingredients, hopefully goes better than Adu.
Lukman Haruna (Nigeria) Next Essien if you ask me, showed glimpses of brilliant in the world cup and the Monaco faithful are very excited about him.
Eden Hazard (Belgium) Looked a class above against Liverpool last year, I can only wait to see how good this boy gets.
Gael Kakuta (France) Ultra-talented very skillful will fulfill Malouda's role when he loses it.
Ben Kantarovski (Australia) Can't find much on him, largely because of playing in A-League but supposedly Viduka-like.
Batuhan Karadeniz (Turkey) Heard great things about this guy when I was in Turkey last year, however is also supposedly a bit of a hot-head.
Rene Krhin (Slovenia) Has had little chances with Inter, but looks solid and comfortable on the ball.
Romelu Lukaku (Belgium) FM famous for his beastiness, which is by no-means overrated, classed as the next Drogba.
Iker Muniain (Spain) Fantasticly skillful, technically superb, another huge prospect for the ever producing Spaniards.
Neymar (Brazil) Another FM prodigy, Chelsea almost snapped him up this summer but Barcelona are hot on his tail now. Robinhoesque?
Sotiris Ninis (Greece) Great prospect, looks to read the game great, unselfish, passer and vision.
Thomas Oar (Australia) Another OZ on the list which I am pleased to see(CAHILL), being called the next Harry Kewell.
Philippe Coutinho (Brazil) This lad looks SERIOUS another I cannot wait to see hit the world stage.
Miralem Pjanic (Bosnia) One of my favourite youngsters about love his technical prowess, sensational feet. (Juninho Pernambucano has supposedly taught him how to take free-kicks!)
Rafael(Brazil) The more exciting of the twins if you ask me, could be a winger or a full back, hopefully gets more of a chance this year.
James Rodriguez (Colombia) Huge prospect in Argentina until Porto nabbed him recently.
Jack Rodwell (England) Woohoo, an Evertonian made it on the list. I can only sing his praises as I haven't seen a player this young look so comfortable on the ball for ages. Biased you may call me, but just you wait. Next great England captain.
Eduardo Salvio (Argentina) Another Argentine superstar has the same prowess as the great Messi on the ball, dare I say
Yaya Sanogo (France) FM beast once more, very young still so not much about him, hasn't played too much for Auxerre. Keep an eye on him.
Davide Santon (Italy) Largely compared to Zanetti, quite justified if you ask me, looks better going forward.
Daniel Villalva (Argentina) Huge prospect once more, technically and physically strong.
Georginio Wijnaldum (Netherlands) Next Seedorf in many peoples books, has been on radar of some big clubs recently, sticking with Feyenoord for now.
Jack Wilshere (England) We all know Jacky, one of Englands most exciting prospects for years, quite rightly.
Chris Wood (New Zealand) Made a good impression in South Africa, and I know the West Brom fans can't wait for him to start making an impact for them. Looks powerful and composed.
Franco Zuculini (Italy) Hoffenhiem youngster, was Argentine but I believe he choose Italy through heritage. Good going forward and back. Will be important player in the future.
