Brighton & Hove Albion Skin

Is there any chance anyone could make a Brighton & Hove Albion Skin?

I have no idea how to make any skins and to be honest im not sure where to request a skin but i really would love to see a Brighton skin like the others i have seen on here,
i use custom made skins but well you know, one of your home town or team you support is one you want most unless you hate where you live lol.

If anyone can let me know would be greatly appreciated

Skins are hard to make and take along time so I doubt someone will make a skin for Brighton as they dont have millions of supporters and therefore will only get a few downloads. Usually the only teams ones made are United, Chelsea, Liverpool and maybe a few others like Barca etc.
You can add a background to other skins tho but I am unsure on how to do that
