I haven't done a story on here for a while since my Bournemouth save file got deleted by my (now ex) girlfriend...bad times!

When I play FM I always focus on youth from all over the globe and I end up with hardly and English players in the team and most players can't speak English! In real life I can't stand teams who do this so it was time for a change.

So for this I will be giving myself a few challenges:

1. I can only sign players from the British Isles or English speaking nations (USA, Canada etc)

2. I will only allow myself 2 signings of players who are over 20+ ( I want to keep this a youth challenge)

3. After 2/3 seasons I want to stop buying any players from other clubs who are older than 19

Since there is talk of Villa being sold to a new owner I found the perfect man for the job who is willing to splash a bit of cash for his new manager and bring out his "colourful" character...more to follow!

Gossip has been spreading through out the year that Randy Lerner has been looking to sell Aston Villa after losing all enthusiasm for the job.

The search has been long and hard (giggity) but we can report today that a deal has been struck.

The American business man and the Unknown buyer have been locked in negotiations for many hours but we are hearing that it has been agreed, handshakes have happened and they are ready to sign on the dotted line.

The Unknown man looking to take the reigns is not believed to be well known in football but is said to be eager to have the chance to move the club forward!

He is said to hail from somewhere called Crinkley Bottom???​

Mr Blobby Buys Aston Villa

(I really hope there are people here who remember him)

Yes you heard it here first. Mr Blobby has come out of retirement (or the closet) to get his hand into running a Football Club. This move has shocked the footballing world and Villa fans are understandably sceptical about what will happen to their club.

We met up with Mr Blobby to see what he had to say:

I couldn't choose between the 2 of them, Benteke won the player of the month and Murray won the young player of the month. Benteke's 4 goals really helped us but Murray's performances were brilliant.

I tried will all my skills to get Will Hughes from Derby but they wanted almost 40m for him...no chance! they are sitting 22nd in the Championship so hopefully they go down and I will get him in the Summer
