Sometimes when I adjust the budget it gets "stuck" and wont let me move it back to increase wages which sucks so I can only offer low wages even tho I got 50 mil in transfer funds. Anyway to fix this?
Yeah, it's to stop people from making their transfer budget lower so they can offer a high contract then putting it back up again so they can afford the transfer fee.. Make sense really.
But part of that £50m transfer budget would have been used by the transfers that you are attempting to offer contracts on. If it has been earmarked for something (eg an accepted offer) then you can't move it into your wage budget
