Budget Issue (Summer 2019 - Spurs)

I just finished 5th in 2018/2019 with Tottenham (disappointing I know).

Now the date is 9th June, and the transfer window opens, but I still haven't got any money to spend from the Board. WHY? I had another save with Manchester United, and there I got my transfer budget immediately after I secured top 4.

Can anyone please explain to me why my Board haven't given me any funds to use?

surely there is 1-2 back from loan you could move on generate funds. also maybe risk selling one of the starting 11

Click on the projection tab, the bottom graph will have the predicted budget for the next seasons...
