Budget Trouble

I am having a trouble in my new Patch Modification: I want to modify the budget, but I don't know the values of the budget a team got.
Could you tell me how to get them?

you should probably take into account owners because even though united make more money than chelsea the can still outspend us if they wish as they have abramovich.
