Bug with injury

Hey, does anyone else have this bug? When I’m playing a match and one of my players gets injured during the game, I can’t make a substitution. It’s super annoying because I have to quit the whole game and restart the match — I can’t make a sub or even exit the tactics screen since it says “there’s an injured player on the pitch.”

Should be fixed in one of the patches either today or tomorrow
