Everytime I try to start a new game on patch 11.3 the team I choose don't have a transfer budget. Has this happened to any of you so far.

have you ticked allow first window budgets?

It's probably because 11.3 updates the squads to their January transfers, so primarily you don't need transfers, but also because teams spent their money in Jan. This is why I don't download January updates.

I think if you ask the board for more they give you a bit?

No I tried with Liverpool who I've heard people say they got money with and board won't give me anything. It's started to work randomly just there.
