Building 2 Youth Academies?

I requested a youth academy at the beginning of last season and my request was granted.

Building works commenced at the end of last season. I was able to request another youth
academy a few weeks later which was also granted so now my board confidence screen shows I have 2 youth academies on the way.

Is this a bug?

Seems so mate, i heard of a similar bug when requesting a new stadium and ended up with 2

So do you get twice the youth players or whut?
