Building a Nation

Hi all,

I created this post to discuss hints and tip on building up a Nation. I've just started with Molde in Norway and my aim is to not only create a great team but to also improve other teams in the nation aswell by primarily selling my players to them over Foreign countries.

Has anyone else done this before?
