Bullet Throw PPM

Hello - Has anyone had luck with convincing one of their players to learn the Bullet Throw PPM? My team's highest-rated players for a long thrower is 15, so could it be that this rating has to be 16 or above for the player to agree to learn the move?

i have Caesar aplicuetta in my arsenal save, and he does bullet throws nicely.

Not sure, I think I've had similar problems. Had my 17 long throw sideback learn it though.

Depends on their hidden mental attributes. Some players just dont like learning moves, and others will learn all they can as fast as possible.

Ryan Taylor always learns it quickly for me, gives a nice added threat when I have to play him.

Yeah, Cesar plays for Man City in my save - and his throws have burned me on more than one occasion....
