Hey guys :)

****!!! NEW UPDATED AND TWEAKED VERSION OF MY TACTIC...DOWNLOAD BULLETPROOF V2.0!!!*** In V2.0, I'm using STANDARD Mentality on ALL matches, and finished 3rd in Premiership with Everton!

I want to share my Tac with you, in short, it's a Plug & Play tac. I have left all training to be taken care off by my assistants, Team talk, and all that is taken care of my Assistants (BUT EVERY TIME I TAKE OVER A CLUB, FIRST THING I DO IS HIRING THE BEST POSSBILE ***. I CAN GET :). Opposition instructions are simple, before every match starts I set them Tight Marking, and Close down Always for all ST, AMRLC in the opposite team and that's it :)
Use MORE DIRECT PASSING, Close Down More. I've started a new game with V2.0, after I finished 4th in the Premiership with Everton, I got hired by Juventus, so here are some of Juve results so far :)

If you're playing with strong, big teams, use Standard mentality.

If you're playing with small, weaker teams, use Standard when playing at Home, and Counter when playing against Top teams.

I was going too, but had to go out :) But I have posted the results, just need to see if it works for others as well :)

RESULTS:
1st season with Aston Villa, finished 5th.
2nd season finished 3rd with Newcastle. Won 5:1 away against Man Utd.
3rd season Won the Premiership with Chelsea.
4th season Won Spanish League with Atletico Madrid, and Won EURO Cup.
5th season...got bored and Quit the Game.

You dont even say what the formation is. This is all basic stuff you should include when posting a tactic!
 
not working at all with my west ham team :( until Arsenalgame ive used Instant result and thought that i finally find the tactic to play FM16! But from Arsenal game i started play normaly and it get from bad to uggly :/ Yes i followed all instructions from OP.Used defensive training for away games and attacking for home... Opposite ins. left for assistant manager... By the way last game with Chelsea they had 14 shots and 13 was on target... have no idea whats wrong :/

I've posted new, improved version of this tac, so try that one...it's Bulletproof V2.0 :)
 
on the new version mentality is set to Control, so its different since first version... so use it for any team? and what about away games or underdogs? i know Instant result skin not a best way to test the tactic, but i am testing it right now with man utd and the results are **** at the beginning of the season :/
 
I use control mentality in matches against weaker teams, and standard against stronger teams...currently olding 3rd place with Everton after 34 rounds :)
 
i am start losing my nerves on this year Fm :DD have game since realise and can't play a season! change tactic to bulletproof v2 since RED LINE. Nothing much to say... results speaks for itself :/ tested about 30 tactics and none of them makes me completely happy this year :((( any advice?

In V2.0 I'm using Standard mentality in all matches, and I'm currently holding 4th position with Everton with possibility to finish 3rd at the end of season :)

Do you go on vacation between matches? Do you just play with a squad full of talents? What is your style of managing?
 
Christian, when im playing (not testing) then i trying to take control as much as i can: team talks, watch full matches - not Instant result, was trying to take control of oposite instructions, but this year i start struggle with tactics so i leave it to my asistant or not using it if it says tactic creator... i always mark "first transfer window" Disable couse i like to make game as real as possible... not holidays between games.I had major succes with FM years and years ago... but have no idea whats going with me On FM16 :/ so ive tried this tactic with West ham, done everything what says in OP... but after couple of bad games team morale gets low and thats it everything falling in to pieces...

Well.. As you might know that team management is much more important this year. For example, playing with lots of youth might make your results inconsistent. But, you have to look carefully at your players and see what formation suits best for your squad. And you also have to look at the roles the tactic has. That sort of management is very important this year and could be the difference between a loss, a draw and a win. So, I advice you to take a look at your squad and see if your best players can play at their favorite position and in their favorito role. This might take a start onto some good results and a better morale (which is also very important). If you don't got the results you want too you have to take advantage of your tactical visions in-match. Take a look at why you're losing points and tweak, tweak, tweak. Got questions? Let me know!
