Bundesliga challenge

Got bored of my Southampton save so I'm looking to try Bundesliga now. Trying to break Bayern/Dortmund's dominance sounds interesting. What save would be a decent challenge?

Just came second, 6 points behind bayern and 3 above dortmund. Updated database calhanoglu is a beast at amc! !

Nuremberg would be a good challenge. They are in the second division with the update, and used to be a very large team (1920's I believe). They were so stong their nickname is simply Der Club. Strong rivalry with Bayern Munich as well.
