Burnley, Full back

I'm looking for a full back for Bunley, playing left back best, i have a budget of about 4m, but i'm looking for someone who is cheap and yet very good. I'm in February 2011, so id prefer to take them on a 3 month loan with a fee to make the transfer permanent in summer. Any suggestions?
