Buy back clauses

If I sell a young player with an £11m buy back clause, and he later turns out to be really good and has clubs bidding £20m for him, will I automatically get the excess over £11m? Or do I have to activate the buy back clause and sell him again to get full value?

It only means that you can buy back the player with 11m, you get nothing if someone buy him. Percentage of next sale is the one you can include in deals so you can get cuts when the player is bought
