Why is this even in the game? Clubs literally NEVER negotiate if you try to include this clause in a player's sale. It's kinda stupid tbh.

I tried to offer a regen worth ?6.75m for just ?500K with a buy back of ?20m and Swansea immediately withdrew their offer. Most annoying thing is I sure I would get his value in straight cash for player deal.

I wouldn't bother with it, but a 50% profit on the next sale clause. In the end if you decide to buy them back you can get them at half price.
