Buy Stadium - what benefits do you get?

Hello all,

Sorry for creating a thread but was unable to find anything relating to this on the site or on the web.

Just want to know what benefit (if any) you get from 'buying your stadium'? I was renting my stadium but have recently had my decision accepted to buy the stadium. I've already had it expanded so does this allow me to expand it further or bring in further revenue? Just not sure what benefits it gets?

Apologies if this is the wrong place but totally at a loss and hope someone else may have already done this previously so I know what to expect.

I imagine it would mean more money for you in the long run as you wont be paying rent on the stadium
