when ever i try and buy players from united, madrid, barca etc, they always want large amounts of money. some of my examples with my city team...
for sergio ramos (madrid) offered a good offer of £40.5mil hes valued at £14m at the time and they negioated and wanted £89mil for him...WTF??
anyone else have this and no how to solve it?
Cheeeerrsss Peopleee xx

Its the price you pay for top players (not that Ramos is actually that good anyway ;))

i understand it will cost alot for good players but its just over the top. £90m for defender. so you cant make the price for players like that lower?? in the editor maybe??

dude what ive found is, when you bid (take your example) 40.5, and they decide to negotiate, it only takes 3 or 4 mil more than the 40.5 to secure his signature from then on

(player valuation + asking price) / 2 = maximum price

i.e. (14m + 89m) / 2 = 51.5m Still too much for a defender though XD

It's not a rule but it happens to me most of the time when bidding for top players. try to lower the price as much as possible
