I have been managing Colwyn Bay, and so far I have got them from BSN to League 1. My orignal stadium size was 4000 capacity and during the past few years my board decided to build a new stadium for me. The size of this new staidum is 5500. Not sure really why they've done this considering its only 1500 more capacity and we're using a loan to cover the cost.
As I now am in league 1, I would prefer a larger stadium but with the new recent stadium, this doesn't seem likely. I was wondering, can the club ever buy someone elses stadium off them, if they were in a really low league and struggling financially. For example, Yeovil are now is BSS but have a 10,000 odd capicity stadium, if the were ever to go into administration or even get relegated, would it be likely for any teams around that area to buy it off them?
