Salvador Cabanas Undergoes Major Surgery.

Reports from Mexico have suggested that Salvador Cabanas is now 'very critical' after surgeons were unable to remove the bullet lodged in his head after 4 hours of surgery.

Nah mate he is at the peak of his career and was going to the World Cup. It's highley unlikely he would of gone to another one. I just hope he makes it considering they weren't able to remove the bullet.
