I’ve just started my 3rd season with spurs and I really need to strengthen my defence.
I’ve been scouting as many players I can but I can’t find any centre backs or wing backs with more than a 3 star rating for potential and ability and the odd one I do find the clubs want 100 million for them! I don’t have that kind of money with spurs! Can anyone give me any tips on finding these players and how best to go about scouting to find them? Thanks
