Can a players PA change?

Basically what it says in the title, didn't know where to post it so here it is.
So one of my regens was at 191 PA and now i have just had a look and its gone down to 182 PA. Does this happen? Or has my game screwed me over? Thanks

yes PA does fluctuate, mainly drops due to several reasons..

1) Injuries
2) Training
3) Playing time

and other things too
