What is the job security like in the International game on FM09?

I remember being sacked as England manager in FM08 after 'only' getting England to the Semis of the World Cup, beaten by Brazil on pens after having won comfortably all the other matches.

This was at the same time that almost any i'nl manager that didn't get to the World Cup final was shown the door regardless of previous successes.
