Can I change the name of U-21 squad?

I want to change the name of my team's U-21 squad like the way Man City have called theirs the EDS.

If possible I assume it is done in the editor. I would like to know how to do and that it is possible rather than it is an assumption that it can be done.

You can in the pregame editor if u have added one to the team rather than mirrored it. Not sure about the insane editor option though I don't think I've seen it
