Im Newcastle and I need a club with good training facilities where I can send my youth players on loan. I saw that Wolves would be a good club for it but I dont how to propose it to my Board and Wolves. Is it even possible to choose? And is there any other good club where you can send ypure players on a loan?

Only after several years in charge of the club will you be able to choose, most of the time (in my experience) the board does not accept my selections ;)

If you have good feeder clubs (not sure who Newcastle have at the start) you can send them there otherwise just offer them out for loan or set their status to available for loan :)

Yea but no one wants them :/ And those who want doesnt have too good facilities. Which areas of there facilities should I look at (Training, Youth Training etc.)? Looked at the loaning players out thread thread but who good should they be? (Adaquite, good, top etc.) ? Probebly taking up half of the forums with my threads :P But I have so many questions. :)
EDIT: Newcastle have shiet feeder clubs -.-

You can chose from the options your board gives you

the one with any facilities above average that will play your player in first team games & even better if that league is loaded as playable...

Aslong as your players are playing and training ok then carry on, i always propose more feeder clubs because i favour a giant youth setup where i can send players here there and everywhere in the hope that some of them will break through to the first team.

But as raikan said, when the board trust you they will ask you to choose a feeder club, but it will usually get rejected! So just pick the best club out of the ones they suggest for you
