Can i fix this?

Ok i got a couple of problems, when i go to select team the right hand side instead of showing formation always shows player instructions and its kinda annoying to keep needing to switch to formation.

Also during gameplay i have commentry only, but when i make a sub and confirm it switches to tv view and i have to switch back to information. sorry if this has been posted but ive not been able to find anything about this. Both bugs are very annoying.
