Can I hire youth coaches as regular coaches?

Hi. I'm looking for coaches, and a lot of chaches with good stats show up as 'Youth Coach' rather than 'Coach'

Should I just sign them or should I get a coach rather than a youth coach for my regular senior team?

Just offer them a contract as a 'coach' and not a 'youth coach'.
